There are various ways you can get involved as a sponsor! All registrations are due by September 15, 2018.

$75 EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION

The St. James Auction will be Saturday, October 13, 2018. Take advantage of our early bird registration rate of $75 per person. Purchase auction tickets, raffle tickets, pick of the auction and donate to the Class Gift all in one place. Register online by September 11 at midnight to take advantage of this offer.

DONATIONS NEEDED

Want to help build our silent or live auction but don’t know where to start? Maybe you have a prayer group or club that would like to participate. Maybe you are an accountant, banker, realtor, stockbroker, insurance agent; and would like to participate in the auction.

The auction committee is looking for donations of all kinds. Below are just our ideas but we would love to hear yours as well!

  • Airline miles & hotel points: to be added or used with trips
  • Basketball Tickets: to create a game experience
  • Royals Tickets to a Playoff game
  • Gift certificates, tools, household goods, man cave stuff, decorations, etc….

If you are interested in donating, just drop your items off at the school office.
