If you are interested in transferring schools during the current school year as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior, please contact us to discuss the application process. Each transfer will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
The following steps are in place to ensure a fair assessment for all candidates.
- Please complete the survey at http://www.quia.com/sv/588578.html.
- Forward an unofficial transcript from your current school’s registrar, as well as attendance records. Upon receipt of this information in the Admissions Office, we’ll contact the candidate regarding eligibility for transfer.
- If approved for further consideration, the next step will include a shadow visit (if the student has not already been a shadow guest in the past) on recommended dates provided by the Admissions Office. There will also be an interview with at least one parent, the student and representatives of the St. James Academy Administrative Team; usually this is scheduled at some time during the shadow visit.
