The club meets before or after school 4 days a week for workouts.
After we lift, we will sometimes have short meetings to discuss how things are going.
Anyone can join the Power Lifting Club! All you have to do is talk to Coach Orrick and he will place you in a workout group.
The team captain is Thomas Stark. He has been a leader in the weight room for a few years now, but as a rising senior he is really taking over.
We have a competition usually every month in the Winter. We recently competed at the Bobcat Power Invitation on February 3rd.
